Beef is processed and inspected at our local processing plant. The beef is cut and shrink wrapped in clear plastic, labeled and then frozen. Your order may also be shipped. Call for current shipping charges.
Beef is not sold as "Live Weight", "Hanging Weight" or "On the Hoof". There are no hidden processing fees. This is the actual price you will pay for the beef.
Due to the large number of repeat customers, we may have a waiting list. Call or e-mail us and we will let you know about availability. We do not require you to send a deposit when your name is placed on the waiting list. Just let us know what you are interested in and we will call you when it is ready. We do have various individual cuts of beef available.
Make checks or money orders payable to Darby Farms. We do not accept credit cards at the current time.
